What milk or cream based shot/shooter would compliment and cool down spicy beef chili?
Having a chili party and would like ideas for a shot to serve along with it. I understand that milk cools down the heat of chili a bit. Got any great shot/shooter ideas? Thanks!

Don’t try to offer a milky shooter with chilli, that would be sickly and not authentic- have tequila or margueritas, and serve cool yoghurt or sour cream with the food, with big jugs of water available. Planning on more jalapeno than you can manage, huh!?
