What lactose free formula should I be giving my 6 month old daughter?
I changed my daughters formula to Enfamil Lactose Free but her poops have gotten ROCK hard and I am afraid they have been causing her pain. What lactose free formula is the best to use?

We used Nutramigen for my daughter. It is a hypoallergenic formula and it will help with her bowel movements.
