What is the best free downloading soft wear for recording and uploading music?
I don't know what to download for recording music and putting music on in the background to make a song.I would like to have a soft wear to make some songs on my guitar and sing on them if you can help me out find this and download it much appreciated. I need this free and virus and spam free thank you.

There’s a bunch of software you can use for home recording and music production.
The absolute best one to use would be Reaper:

It features everything you need for home recording.
if you need something more simple – Audacity, is what you probably need:

Reaper would allow you to record AND compose, but it would take some learning.
Audacity is simple, it’s like a free version of wavelab, click record, click finish.
