What is a good free online survey creator to add to a personal web site?
I am looking for a free survey creator to add to my web site. I want it to ask a series of questions and then show the results. I do not mind advertising since it is free but I want people who take the survey to be able to easily see the results once they have completed it.
Please do not just search Google and list them. I can do that. I want to know from your experience which one is good.

THIS is a great website and survey making application keeping good track of statistics, data and making the interface very customized by appearances and design.

A free account allows for 3 forms and 3 spreadsheets. GOOD PROMOTIONAL tool also from another site creates easy to distribute ‘contests’ and are flexible to be embedded in other sites, blogs and surveys too. See my example hosted at http://onekontest.com/tikitoon

Years ago used to be responsible for posting to and maintaining a website that had surveys and polls. That company unfortunately no longer exists, but based on the criteria as to why it was so good the closest now is a company called Pollograph. http://pollograph.net/features.php
