What information do psychics need to predict the future?

most ask for your name or nickname you go by along with your birthday but do not give any other information. in fact better if you do not give full birthday at all just tell them what sign. we used to not have worry about all of this but with identity thief being so prevalent better safe then sorry. and really a really good established psychic only needs to hear your voice.
