I am a freshman in high school right now and the year is almost over. I recently found out that I an ranked number 3 in the freshman class of 396 students. I have all Gt classes and I think my average is an A.I am also taking Algebra 2 as my math course when i should still be at Algebra 1. This year I didn't really work at my highest ability. I did most of the work, but I basically did enough to get by. Now I am planning to take 4 years of math instead of the 2 im required. I also plan to take 4 years of science instead of 3. I will probably take the rest of my math courses AP, I dont know if they offer the science like that. I will try my hardest to do everything to my best ability and actually start studying. I wonder if I have a good chance of getting a higher rank where I'm at.
I also wonder if I get any special recognition or any scholarships or anything like where I am at right now.
