your dog should have been dewormed at about 3 weeks old.
Take your dog to the vet NOW! These can make your dog very sick.

Tape Worms.
Bring her to the Vet.
They might have a emergency vaccine for your pup.
And also, the vaccine the breeder or wherever you bought her from might have not worked or they might have LIED about it.
Nevertheless, BRING HER TO THE VET. ASAP!
I hope I helped, and good luck!

if she has been wormed, it should work immediately. Take your pup to the vet and start her on some worming meds like Heartguard. They will know what she needs to be given.

it should have started working go to the vet with the puppy and get a worming tablet of him as they are stronger than the pet shop ones thats probably what the breeder used on it

Normally it takes a day or two, but it also depends on how many the puppy has…if it is a lot you might want to give her another dose of wormer, but be careful to not give it to her too soon she can overdose on it. I can’t really recall how long I had to wait to give the second dose to my puppy, when I first got him…so double check the box of wormer, but if it doesn’t say you may want to call a local vet.

Even those she was wormed, it all depends on what she was wormed with – A lot of breeders use Nemex, which is only good for Round Worms.
Take the pup and a stool sample to the Vet. He will give you the proper de-wormer for whatever types of worms (Sounds like Tape Worms) the pup has. Panacur is the most effective for several types of worms as well as giardia.

The wormer is working.. when a pup is wormed he/she will poop out alot of worms.. many of them will still be alive. Her body is ridding itself of the worms.
Clean it up ASAP, and wash your hands well afterwards.. you can spread worms to yourself if you dont use good hygene!
She will probably need another dose of wormer again in 2-3 weeks.

if they look like spaghetti they are round worms if they are flat they are tapeworms. If roundworms they should have passed the day after she was wormed, this puppy needs to be dewormed again and yes you can spread them if they are roundworms. Take a fecal sample to the vet and he can give you the right worm medicine for your puppy
