How will Obama try to circumvent the Constitution to pass a law since he can no longer do it through Congress?
Its clear he won't get a single bill passed into law while the GOP controls the House. So, I think he will try to do something unconstitutional to pass a bill into law even though a bill can only become law if it is passed by both the HOuse and the Senate.

Tell that to the Republican House who inserted a completely unconstitutional clause into one of their ridiculous bills saying that it would become law if the Senate did not act.

Well, maybe he’ll follow Eric Cantor’s advice and the wording of the resolution passed by the House (regarding HR 1255), which stated that if the House spending bill isn’t signed by the Senate, it automatically becomes law.

He uses the “Executive Orders” which require no action by either house… Owebama has used this tactic, and the state run media never reports on them…

Better question:
How are the GOP going to look like they are working with the other side (as the MAJORITY OF VOTERS want) and not “playing politics” by opposing everything that President Obama brings to the House to vote on simply because it is a Democrat idea?
They can’t. They fair no better, and they give the voters EXACTLY what they thought would happen, and nothing gets done, and the voters approval of Republicans falls even further down the ladder than they already are (Obama’s are higher, by the way).

ya he already has its called Executive order!! which is not legal! the president cannot make laws or change them that is the job of congress! he can only sign them or veto them!!!

He can’t circumvent, but he can start working FOR his employers (the american people) and start proposing bills that are in-line with what the people want and not him.
