How much will it cost to get my cat neutered and get his shots?
How much will it cost to get my cat neutered and get his shots? He's a small white cat around 12 lbs if that effects anything. Just please help me! Even an estimate would be good. If I can clearly tell you don't know what you're talking about I'll report you for spam.

Call around to different vets and check prices. My vet charges $40 for neuter and $22 for shots. Worming is $10. Rabies is $9. It’s $40 for FIV/FeLV testing. Different vets have different prices. Thanks for being a responsible pet owner!

I took my cat to the humane society in my area to have him neutered. I also got shots for him, had him microchipped and tested for feline aids and leukemia, he was born outside, so I just wanted to be sure. This cost me 150.00 for everything. I don’t know if they do that at the humane societies in your area though.

it really depends on what area you live in – vet fees vary a lot. so just call around, most clinics will give you an estimate.
in my area a consult is about 45 dollars, and all the shots add up to about another 40 (he’ll need boosters again, but they usually won’t charge you for another consult, just the cost of the vaccines)
the surgery should go for around $250, maybe even less. it’s pretty quick, no stitches, very short time under anesthesia, and quite often the technician does it not the vet. the vet will probably recommend blood tests before the surgery to be sure he’s healthy enough for general anesthetic (good kidney and liver function) but that should be included int eh total surgery fee
but really, call clinics in your area and ask around, if they refuse to give you an estimate, they’re probably not a good clinic
