How much vegetables can you feed your dwarf rabbit everyday?
I heard it's not good to feed your rabbit too much veggies because it can rot in their stomach, is that true?? And what is a healthy amount to feed your rabbit everyday? Like would a mini carrot and a little chunk of lettuce be too much?? I just really don't want to harm my bunny, an after I heard how bad it can be to give them too much I started to be really cautious about how much I give her.
Thanks!

It’s not that it rots in there stomach- rabbits just aren’t good with lots of hydration.
So, that sounds like a good amount- if it’s still a baby I wouldn’t feed them any veggies.
Try giving it half a slice of apple- my rabbit loves apples. <3
And truthfully- I stay away from the lettuce- some lettuces are very harmful to a rabbit so I never feed mine them. You should check with your vet about lettuce before feeding your rabbit any.
But yeah, a baby carrot is fine, some dandilion leaves or grass washed are a nice treat as well. As long as you don’t use pesticides, and my rabbit loves the sweetness of apples so you could try a small amount of that too.
