How long does a golden retriever chow mix live?
I have a female medium sized golden retriever dog who just turned 9 years old, and I was wondering how long they usuallky live. Thanks!

Like most large breeds, they don’t live as long as your miniature breeds, and I’d say if this dog is perfectly healthy then she’s got at least 3 or 4 more years in her. I used to live next to a golden retriever owner whose dog is 15 and still going!

forever my moms golden retriever chow mix is 15 and going strong. Both golden retrievers and chow chows have long life spans
