How long do eggs last thru the mail?
Hi I just recentlly bought duck eggs thru the mail. But how long do they last via mail? Its been awhile and the seller want to refund me and give me new eggs. Im just curious if they would still be good if they arrived?
It's been 4 or so days and NO they are not scammers they are trustworthy sellers on eBay it's just the mail has been slow, And I'm not Killing ducks, I hatch out them! I just wanted to get some REAL advice but so far no luck....
PLEASE don't answer if you aren't giving me valuable info. I just want to know many days (ex:3, 4, or 5, etc)?

Sounds like you were scammed. I would report them and be done with it. The chance of seeing those eggs is next to nil.

dude, i not sure eggs very long in the mail i don’t even think you should be accepting eggs in the mail why don’t you just ride down there and get them, and that’s pretty much just killing more ducks all together these days!

A lot depends on how much they have been bashed around in the mail, but they might still be ok after four days.
It’s not killing ducks! All it is is fertile eggs sent through the mail to be hatched out, i.e. allowed to live!

Ten days average so long as they didn’t freeze or reach a temperature above ninety degrees.
If they reached a temp over ninety degrees, the embryos would have started developing and then died when the temperature wasn’t sustained.
If it’s only been four days, they should be fine. That’s assuming the seller didn’t hold onto them before sending them. If the seller stored them, ask how long they were stored.
