1 part vodka to two parts Big Red soda. So if you are doing this in a shot fill it a third of the way with vodka and 2 thirds with red soda.
I also found this recipe on the net:
3/4 oz. Absinthe Mata Hari
3/4 oz. Black Cherry Vodka
1/4 oz. grenadine syrup
1 splash Sprite
Fill a shaker with ice and add the first three ingredietns. Shake well and strain into a shot glass.
