How can a cat that has never been outside get fleas?
I got her when she was a kitten, never been outside, and have had her for 2 months, again, never been outside, so how can she have gotten the little blighters? Also, I've used spot on and am going to get her a flea collar, but I'm just baffled!

Never? You absolutely made sure your cat never ever saw the outside world?
Maybe it was another cat. Or carpet.

You pose a good question, and there is a lot of ways.
Flea larva can live dormant for 6 months, the cat could have come with fleas on her.
Also, fleas will attach themselves to anything they find if they are near. They could have attached themselves to a branch near your house or even your shoes as you walk. They can smell blood from a great distance, so it would be natural for them to travel to find your kitty.
This happened to me when I was younger. The fleas found their way in even though the kittens had never been outside.
If you have fleas in your area, you will most likely get fleas inside whether you have cats or not. It is just that the fleas will not thrive if you don’t have an animal for them to live on

You can bring them in on your clothes! Or if you have a dog, the dog can bring them in.
Do NOT use Hartz products unless you want a dead/sick kitten. Spot On is not safe – wash your kitten now before it gets sick. Flea collars of any kind are totally worthless and most are too toxic. Use only Frontline or Advantage (cat only) if you have a problem.

Fleas can be on clothes, shoes, other pets, etc.
I have two cats (6 years old) that are strictly indoor, and they got fleas a few years ago from my grandmas dog.
And just by the way, cats that are indoor have a lifespan of 15 years and outdoor cats have a lifespan of 4-5 years. Vets recommend keeping cats inside
