Damn, just heard about Jessica Forsyth…?
I have only just heard about her, after reading a question up here. It is so sad, but I don't get how this has made such big news. I didn't hear about it on any news or TV, but if you search her name on the net you get loads of articles. Was she like famous in the riding world or something?

I have looked at some of her youtube videos. She looks like an amazing rider, but what strikes me is how good she is when I read that she has only been riding 4 years!

I didnt know her but knew about her. She wasnt like a beezie madden, or a international top rider. Just a normal teen that was known around her area as a great friend, rider, and person. Amazin with animals.
I found out about it on line too, I think it had to do alot with how she passed, since it was with her horse, the thing she loved most and was a natural at. Thats relly all I could tell ya about her though. There is a blog with her whole story written by her parents. I will try and find this for you.

Yeah she died a year ago in February. No she wasn’t famous, but was popular among the online teen community. Here’s her memorial website made by her parents

Its sad but she was just a normal teenager, not famous. She really wasn’t that good – her methods were super unsafe as you will see by looking her on youtube. There’s video’s of her standing on horses and doing all kinds of really unsafe things, all withouta helmet.

Hate to say it, but this was a disaster waiting to happen! I wish other kids would learn from this.
She was just another one of those kids who films themselves doing dumb things with horses and calling herself a trainer. The sad thing is, she actually died from it.
I think if she had better training and more supervision, maybe things wouldnt have ended like this. Theres lots of teens that go around calling themselves trainers but who dont really know too much and are being unsafe. She was one of them…it’s really sad.

Jessica Forsyth, had went to the same highschool as me, and when i heard she died i was so traumatized. Her horse boomer was AMAZING he would basically jump anything for her! She did compete in A LOT of horseshows so she was pretty well known. She also has a youtube channel that thousands of people subscribed to
you should look her up there. She was one heck of a girl ;’)

No she was just an amazing rider, friend, and person. When she died many people made tribute videos to her. The news around were she lived most likely had stories about it.
She died so young RIP Jess.
