gramatically, it can be done. your teacher may not like it though, we were always frowned upon if we did something like that. its sorta like the easy way out of coming up with your opening. thats how they think of it at least. but its not illegal in the english language

uhm well actually I’m working on a persuasive essay for my English class and it’s due tomorrow. We were told to have an anecdote at the beginning of our introduction paragraph. So yes, definitely.
